"Don't Believe the Hype"

These are the words that were popularized in the 90's by the group Public Enemy. What was the underlying message?  Don't believe everything you hear.

One of the major pillars of our company is to give our customers the assurance that we will be with them before, during and after the sale. Since making that commitment, we have been blessed to have served thousands of customers worldwide who have expressed to us in videos, emails, voicemails, greeting cards, text messages and in person- how much they appreciate the level of service we provide.

Are we able to make every customer happy? Nope. In fact, you will not find not one company out there who has made that type of achievement. However, the difference with Jace Beauty is that we are guided by that simple verse found in the Bible: "So in everything, do to others what you would have them do to you" (Matthew 7:12). So for us, we feel mandated by something greater than us to treat customers the way we would want to be treated.

The purpose of this site is to feature some of the many great comments along with pictures, videos and more of an ever-growing list of satisfied customers.

So does Jace Beauty live up to the hype out there about our company?  We let our satisfied customers do the talking.

You open up your package and the precious cargo inside looks disheveled. "How could they have packed my hair like this after weeks of waiting and the money I spent?"

Pictures, pictures, pictures! We love PICTURES. This customer sent us a bunch of pictures of her hair and like her, we absolutely love it!

A "Jace Beauty Girl"

When customers take the time to share their great experiences with their friends and family, it lets us know that we are doing something right. We get so many calls from customers who tell us that they found out about our company from friends, family, or that girl in the beauty shop who was getting her hair installed.

Hair Still Going Strong After a Year

"I would like to say thank you sooooo much. I order 3 bundles of hair last year Around may and I still have those bundles and they look as fresh as the day I had it!!!!!!!
